Multi-Benefit Homemade SPF When you walk into your local stores its natural to head straight to the cosmetic + toiletry aisles for those products you want to use on your skin and body. Rarely, do we head to the grocery aisles to find such products because we’re hesitant that they’d really benefit our skin. But before you go to the beach this weekend, skip going to the store to pick up name brand products that declare to combat the sun and opt for an au natural, chemical-free approach to beating the heat. Because although you may not know it, a lot of the products in your pantry and fridge have SPF benefits minus the chemicals! If you’ve been a reader of my blog for a while now you know that I try to keep the “product list” short and the “benefits list long”.
